When you do get the new awning, pick up a couple of velcro straps to wrap aring the arms in the closed position. That little extra is enough to keep everything together even while travelling in high winds. <br /><br />It is good reading though... Luckily, it was just the rubber molding that goes around the door, so it was a simple fix. Not sure about your computer problem, but I'll check into it and see if I can find anything.
